Paul at Lang Massage Therapy provides the best sports massage! As a busy competitive triathlete and middle distance runner I need someone who is very knowledgeable and skilful in sports massage... and then knows how to personalise the massage treatment to meet my training, pre-race preparation and post-race recovery needs - Paul does all that perfectly.
I also feel very safe in my many regular visits with Paul, which is an important consideration for me being a female. I highly recommend Paul!!

Each time I go, I get what I pay for and more, Paul continues to give the best service for what ever ails me, I would not hesitate to recommend him for his standard of professionalism and attention to details, he also listens to what I tell him is wrong with me and proceeds to work on those areas specifically. As I am a retired massuese myself, I know when someone knows what they are doing, and are good at what they do, and Paul is certainly that, I will continue with his services.

Paul is a great remedial massage guy. I have been to him many times, and always come away feeling renewed and repaired. As an older runner/gym goer/swimmer he finds all of the problems I know about and many I don't, and always offers a solution and advice.
