What is Remedial Massage?

Remedial Massage is used to relieve pain caused directly or indirectly by muscular tension such as headaches, back & neck pain, muscle soreness & stiffness, fatigue, stress and fluid retention. It is a non-invasive therapy to support and speed up the body's own repair systems.  It treats the body holistically to reduce tension, ease pain, increase blood supply, remove toxins, improve joint mobility and enhance flexibility.

 

How is Remedial Massage performed?

Remedial Massage may be gentle, strong, deep or

shallow combining modalities such as Swedish,

Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy

and Facilitated Stretching to best treat the condition

at hand and the preferences of the client.
